Access, Registration, and Submissions of Information

Limitations on Liability

You will indemnify and hold Compass Home Loans, LLC, it subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, officers, directors and contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of this Agreement by you, including any use of Content other than expressly authorized I this Agreement.
